Cicada Foundation For Art & Education is a non-profit voluntary organization registered in Malta under VO/0999, with its registered office at Triq IL-Kbira, Ħaż-Żebbuġ ZBG 1305, Malta. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Maltese data protection law, the foundation is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for commercial purposes. Personal data is retained only for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period prescribed by Maltese law for financial and statutory records. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to participation is deleted once it is no longer needed.
