A legally accountable partner
We are a registered voluntary organization in Malta (VO/0999) with a written statute, an appointed executive board and statutory reporting obligations. Partners deal with an identifiable legal body at a fixed registered address, not an informal group.
Qualified, vetted facilitators
Programmes are led by practising artists and trained educators. Anyone working with minors or vulnerable adults is vetted and works under our safeguarding policy, with named points of contact for concerns.
Genuine accessibility
Fee waivers, supplied materials, adapted sessions and multilingual facilitation are standard practice. Access is designed in from the start rather than offered as an exception.
Rooted in the community
Programming is planned with local councils, schools and neighbourhood groups, held in venues people already use, and evaluated with the participants themselves.
Continuity of provision
Each programme location carries a multi-year commitment. Families and schools can plan around us, and young participants can progress from a first workshop to mentorship over several years.
Transparent use of funds
Grants and donations are tracked against the purposes for which they were given, with reporting prepared for funders and available to our members.

How we account for our work
Every programme is recorded: attendance, delivery hours, partner organizations involved, materials issued and the waivers granted. These records support our annual activity report, which is reviewed by the executive board alongside the annual accounts before adoption.
We ask participants and partner institutions to evaluate each programme cycle. Their responses inform the following year's plan, and recurring concerns are brought to the relevant advisory committee rather than resolved informally.
Where a funder or public authority requires specific reporting, we prepare it to their format and retain supporting documentation at our registered office.
